3. Our waiting list is chronologic (order of surety deposit received) and dependent upon mother nature. The estimated date of delivery that we give you is in fact, an estimate. This estimate is based on when the female comes into season, 'taking' upon being bred, the size of the litter, puppy mortality, whether you paid extra for pick of sex and picking order. You could actually end up waiting 12 months because we have so few litters, some years - none. If we have not at least offered you a pup within 12 months, you will get a full refund. If you withdraw prior to 12 months from date of interview received by us, for any reason, you will forfeit your surety deposit.
